The second thing you can do is avoid the condiments that have a high calorie count such as mayonnaise. There are practically hundreds of calorie soaked condiments that you should watch out for. When it comes to adding a little taste to your veggies, try using sprays such as salad dressing or butter sprays. When you use sprays, the calories will not stack up like it will with non-sprays.
Everyone is on the go these days when it comes to eating. It seems we all grab breakfast, lunch or dinner while on the go. What most people do not realize however is that you can still block those calories just by making a few changes. Start with those French fries, they are packed with calories.
